Microsoft giving out money

Microsoft employees are passionate about giving time, money, and skills to address the issues facing our world. Each October, our fun and spirited employee Giving Campaign—a tradition since —makes a significant annual impact in addition to generous giving year-round. Hack for Good connects a worldwide community of Microsoft employees with a passion for collaborating and creating solutions that will empower every nonprofit to achieve more.

From digital transformation to building applications, employees create and participate in projects with impact. Give with Bing is a new way to support the causes you care about, simply by searching with Bing. Join Microsoft Rewards and start giving with Bing. Your Bing searches will earn Reward points that are automatically donated directly to the cause of your choice.

On the Give with Bing dashboard, you may view or change your designated nonprofit for the month, see total points earned and the overall impact of Give with Bing. Microsoft Rewards is a free program that rewards you for doing the stuff you already do every day. Special payments are one way that technology companies have shown appreciation to their employees in the Covid age.

Some companies have supplied their employees with credits for food-delivery apps such as Uber Eats to help pay for meals. Other companies have distributed care packages or offered additional time off.

Microsoft also granted workers five extra paid vacation days earlier this year, the Puget Sound Business Journal reported.
