After he assured me that he could repair the problem and I gave him remote access - he then went through 15 minute or so "remote analysis and asked if I wanted to have him fix all the problems. I declined any option and he then went to his "supervisor" and was able to lower the price to Now I am left with a few games I had like 72 games that i had previously purchased that I can still play and am a very dissatisfied customer looking to cancel my game membership.

I was playing the All Access Games without issue until about a week ago - now I cannot play any of the All Access Games as when it loads up - I get a message from Microsoft indicating that there is something wrong with the site and that they are checking on the problem - yet I never get any response from Microsoft and I have yet to hear back from MSN Games Manager.
