Power commander auto tune setup

The only question I have is after bucks, am I going to really notice that much of a difference over what the KTM stock setup is already doing. Drive mods should not change. Keep in mind you fit autotune you will need to drill and weld for larger lugs on both header pipes.

I just purchased an autotune and had the O2 sensor bung welded in as well as installed the powercommander. How do I set it up properly? And any recommendations on what afr I should tune it for? The bike dyno'd at 95whp with just the tune and full exhaust which is ridiculous. I think dyno was on something that day lol. But any help would be much appreciated.

I've used tunEcu but I want to get the bike dyno tuned and the guy is familiar with PC not tunecu. So, I'm contemplating buying one but wondering if the auto tune is worth it. Thanks for any info.
